I really don't know why I find stuff like this so interesting. I also can't believe we managed to put 11,111 miles on the Dodge in less than a year. I have a much longer commute than Quinton, and I usually drive the Mustang.

Yay! Someone else who notices things like this! I also love when they're palindromes (they read backwards the same as they do forwards).
I am a bit freaky about numbers too...i am always looking at numbers for things like that or combinations.
I think the average mileage for a car is 15,000 a year. I am lucky if I drive half of that in a year. My car will be 10 years old next year and it only has 82,000 miles on it. I put half of those on it in the first 3 years. In the past 3 years, I have put on less than 15,000. I don't drive it very much.
Kelly, my dad was the same way. I remember he pointed it out when his truck's mileage read 12,345 miles.
Craig, I'll bet you know exactly where you were when your odometer logged 48,151.6 miles. :-P
The Mustang is not far behind at 83,ooo miles. I just hope these cars last us until I'm done with school and working.
