Thanks for posting this. I have never seen Desperate Housewives and have yet to find out what channel it is on our cable service. This is the most I have seen of Desperate Housewives. They all look so nice and pretty.
Ces, DH is on Sunday nights on ABC. In Houston, it would be KTRK, channel 13. I'm not sure about the time, but in Phoenix, it's on at 8:00.
You should check it out. It's good, mindless, campy fun...and Marcia Cross wears LOTS of beautiful sweaters. And who knows...maybe someday we'll be priviledged with a Fiesta sighting!
If I watch DH, I'll probably be wathing Terri Hatcher. She is a very attractive woman and I read the article about her on VF. I also want to see Eva Lonngoria since in this sneak preview she was the one who was undressing. So I wonder how mindless and trashy this show is. I know several men who love to watch this show, no doubt waiting for the women to bare.
Oh, and I've been trying to find video of the greatest moment in TV history, the moment Kimberly tore off her wig on Melrose to reveal the hideous scarred scalp when she came back from the dead! I was at a Melrose Place party when that one aired, and the entire room started screaming like maniacs when it happened!
Christopher, do you get SoapNet? They show the Kimberly/wig scene on their Melrose promo ads on almost a daily basis.
Speaking of SN, they just started Dallas from the beginning just last week. That means my favorite ep--Black Market Baby--should be on next week. That ep has it all: cheesy 70s ghetto music, kitchy fern bar decor (the kick-ass apartment that SE gets for Rita), and Pam gets her 78 Corvette (my dream car).
Ces, Melrose Place was my Monday night diversion all through the 90's. Once Q got home from work, I would give myself the night off. I didn't answer the door. I didn't take phone calls. I didn't change diapers or prepare bottles. Pizza was ordered for dinner (money permitting, otherwise I whipped up some canned soup or Hamburger Helper).
I was not to be bothered during MP...except in cases of uncontrolled bleeding, profuse vomiting, or death

Terri Hatcher needs to eat a cookie or something, but I do love this show. Marcia Cross is genius!

This is the kind of show I would watch with my girlfriends or gay friends. I would probably have a blast.
