As I mentioned two weeks ago, I have plans for my blank ornaments. The first batch is pictured below. Click on the pics to view them larger.

Those are awesome!!! Much better than I had anticipated!
Val, those are great. How did you do them?
I've gotten some waterslide decal paper to make decals for the ornaments, but wasn't thrilled with how the first batch of those turned out.
These are soo cool, Val! I really like the "atomic" ones!
Are these transfers? Rub-ons?
Val, I have a little something for you.

Thank you, Craig...I think. Just what were you anticipating? :P
Becky, I used rub-on decals from the craft store. They are commonly found in the scrapbooking aisle, but the ones I used were in the glass and pottery crafts aisle. I'm not sure if they're any different than the ones used for scrapbooking, however.
Thank you, Papa. The atomic ones are my favorite, too. They were just practice and do contain small flaws, but for my purposes they're fine. I had never used rub on transfers before. I plan on doing more as soon as I find time to get back to the craft store.
I plan on posting these on CMG, but I wanted my regular blog readers to get a sneak preview.
Val those are SO AWESOME!!!!!!! Ooooo, after finals, I am so headed to the craft store to buy some rub-ons for my one blank ornament. Are they removable?
I'm sad that you got all the artistic talent in the family, long-lost twin.
Thank you, Christopher. Yes, they are removable, which can be good or bad, depending on the finished product. In fact, the rub-ons that are imbedded with glitter will flake off quite easily. I found that out the hard way.
You need more blank ornaments.
And as far as artistic talent, you, my soon-to-be laywer brother, have been amply compensated. :-)
