Sorry you couldn't find your Mongolian Fire Oil, but that sure is a nice collection of hot sauce! So what exactly is Mongolian Fire Oil? And what do you use it for? It does sound like it would be great for cooking!

Mongolian Fire Oil is pretty much what it sounds like: a hot, spicy pepper oil. You can find it in the Asian food aisle in most grocery stores.
MFO mostly used for stir fry, but like to douse my spaghetti with it. I still use marinara sauce, but not much. The MFO also has the added benefit of keeping the pasta from sticking together.
I keep all that hot sauce around because like wine, different sauces go with different foods. There's a sauce for tacos...a sauce for chicken wings...a sauce for Bloody Marys...
