Sunday Dishes: Bluer Than Blue
Here, I have most of my blue Fiesta is on display. There just wasn't enough room for all of it. Colors include Cobalt, Periwinkle, Turquoise, Sapphire, and Peacock.

Of course these are just about my favorite Fiesta colors.
Love the texture of sapphire -- one of their best glazes ever. HLC should never had made that a limited color.

That's right, I forgot. Blue dishes are your favorite. And for good reason. I had to dismantle this display because the rest of the dishes don't look right without anything blue among them.

I agree. My son once said that if our house ever caught on fire, he'd grab the sapphire carafe on his way out. I had to explain to him that I bought that carafe for $25 on eBay, and I can do it again if I have to.
