99 out of 100!!!!

This semester, one of the classes I'm taking is Sewing for the Home (it's an elective for the interior design program). For our midterm project, we had to make a cushion cover that included a decorative trim and a zipper closure. Mine is pictured below:

When we turned these in, we had to include an evaluation list on which we had to grade our own work. We had to give each item an X (well-done), S (satisfactory), and O (needs improvement). I gave myself a few X's, but mostly S's for neatness, zipper application, trim application, and fit.

The instructor graded our pillows during break time (it's a 3 hour class). When we returned, I was shocked...shocked at my grade: 99/100. Not only that, but she had changed most of my S's to X's. Apparently she had a higher opinion of my work than I did.

And that seems to be the general concensus around here. When he saw the finished pillow, Kyle asked "you made that?" Quinton thinks it looks something that could be found in a high-end store with a $50 price tag.
