Finding a Bertoia Diamond Chair at the Goodwill. Even if it's one of the low priced reproductions, I would find a place for it in the house--a house that has way too much furniture already.

That is cool, Val. Is the back and sides made of coated wire, or is it solid with the design imbedded in the material. I like it!

Pat, the chair is made of bent steel rods welded together to give the chair its shape. I don't think the wire is coated. The bottom cushion is removeable and replaceable.
I think that's a great daydream. Wouldn't mind finding a couple of those myself.
IRRC, a girl on the old dish board found one of them at Brimfield about 10 years ago for $30.
