Renaissance Festival

Yesterday, we went to the Renaissance Festival out in Apache Junction. Below are a few pics from the day.

~M, happy or sad, he ALWAYS looks like that!

We did have a good time. Luke said he liked it better than Disneyland and would like to go again next year. Maybe then we'll dress up.

Don't women basically have two costume options for these things: Maid Marian or Bar Wench? In that case, which are you going to choose? I think you could work a pointy hat.

Acutally, the prevailing costumes were either dominatrix or some sort of I Dream of Jeannie with shades of Stevie Nicks thrown in. Taffy would have enjoyed it.

And a hat of any kind would have a big time no-no. That's why I was rockin' the parasol.
