Ah, but it needed to be done. After more than 6 months of neglect, the shrubs were overgrown and the grass was half dead and dotted with knee-high weeds.

Who cares? With a body like that I would be doing yard work everyday - even if the bushes do not need trimming and the yard is immaculate. The boys got it made. LOL!!! I am glad to hear Q is home. Did you get what you wished for Mother's Day?
LOL!!! Ces, he just got me at a good angle: to the left and far away.
I got more than I wished for Mother's Day: Q came home, the boys surprised me by cleaning Luke's room (it was trashed!), AND I got my iPod! It was a great day.
Working on the tan is a good thing:-) I can't wait til the family is back together for good. The sooner..the better!

Barry, sorry, but no, I don't love doing yard work. The manual labor wrecks havoc on my manicure, and the sun dries out my hair. Yes, I've got a diva complex that won't quit.
